The “Cousin Fish Ball” is a half-century-old fish ball store and a 3-generation heritage. A Miso villager called Chen, Chaofu sold fish balls in the outdoor food market. He also set up a noodle stand at the intersection of Chunghwa and Chungcheng Roads, promoting his own fish balls.
Chen was elected the village master and helped fellow villagers with Chinese manipulation. They called him “Cousin Fish Ball”. The noodles and rice noodles with fish balls turned out to be the most characteristic repast in Mituo. The four sons grew up and took turns in taking care of the production of fish balls, the fish ball stall and noodle stand.
